Scan a receipt, get the data

Docusy detects receipts, invoices, business cards and IDs and pulls out the details that matter — merchant, date, totals and individual line items — ready to review and export as CSV for expenses and bookkeeping. A new on-canvas Document Insight card surfaces what Docusy found and opens a detail view, so the data is right there instead of buried in a menu.

Edit the text it reads

On-device OCR turns every scan into real, selectable text, with Live Text on the page. Tap a word or block and a single floating editor lets you correct, replace or rewrite it in place — and the edit matches the original font and colour, so it looks native rather than pasted on.

Translate on your device

Translate a scanned page in place, with the original layout kept intact — entirely on the device, with nothing sent anywhere. (Requires iOS 18.)

Export, organise and finish

A redesigned export sheet exports to PDF, JPG, PNG and CSV, with save-to-Files, add-to-Photos, share and a compress option. Browse and drag-reorder pages, merge up to six PDFs into one, sign and annotate, and add detected dates straight to your calendar.

Docusy 5.0 is available on the App Store from 10 June 2026 for iPhone, iPad and Mac. Docusy is free to download; some advanced features are part of an optional premium subscription, with a one-time All Access purchase. Translation requires iOS 18 or later.
